Services
Nomad Systems Co. provides back-office systems consulting, implementation, bookkeeping, and related services to service businesses. Specific terms, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work.
Discovery calls and audits
Discovery calls and business audits are provided free of charge with no obligation. Information shared during these sessions is treated as confidential and used solely to evaluate whether an engagement is a fit.
Intellectual property
All systems, automations, documentation, and deliverables built by Nomad Systems Co. for a client are owned by the client upon receipt of final payment. We retain no license to your accounts, data, or business processes.
Limitation of liability
Nomad Systems Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 90 days preceding a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Specific jurisdiction details will be included in each client's Statement of Work.
